Any order sent via email that includes credit card information will be deleted without processing to help protect your online security. Please use our Google Checkout cart or call our offices to initiate payment for your order.
All orders are subject to credit card validation and price confirmation.
Any order that fails the above or is otherwise suspicious may be rejected.
We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
Returns
Individual Orders
Items purchased directly from Sinauer Associates via phone or Google Checkout may be
returned within 30 days for a refund. Items must be unmarked, unused and saleable as new.
For a return authorization number, please contact us via email (orders@sinauer.com)
before sending your return and include your order number.
Items purchased via a International Representative below, a bookstore, or any other third-party must be
returned to the seller.

United States and U.S. Territories Orders
To purchase a title, or request an examination copy of a title, go to the detail page for that title. You can find that page by clicking one of the the links on our front page (for new or forthcoming titles) or by following links when browsing our catalog by author, by title, or by subject area.
On the detail page, clicking either the "Add to Cart" or "request exam copy" buttons will place that title in your shopping cart, and your cart will appear on your screen. From there, you may continue browsing, or complete your order. If you continue browsing, you can use the "view cart" links to complete your order when you are ready.
Canadian Orders
Our online ordering system currently cannot handle orders to Canada. Please call us at (413) 549-4300, 8-5 Eastern to place your order.
Other International Orders
All orders or examination copy requests originating outside the United States, Canada and U.S. Territories must be filled by one of our International Representatives. If your region is not listed here, please send your order by e-mail to orders@sinauer.com
